At Virinco Group*, we are committed to protecting personal data and ensuring compliance with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).
To support transparency and compliance, we provide our standard Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for customers and users of Virinco Group services and platforms, including WATS.

The DPA describes how Virinco Group processes personal data on behalf of customers, including:
• Technical and organizational security measures
• Sub-processor management
• Data breach notification procedures
• Support for Data Subject rights and DPIAs
• Information security and compliance controls

Key Information:

• Virinco Group has already signed the DPA.
• Customers may choose to sign and return a copy for their records, but it is not mandatory.
• The DPA may be updated periodically.The latest version is always available on this page.
